Can I increase the number of places in my event?
(All event categories)
You can independently increase the number of seats by a maximum of 35% of the initial seats.
In the app you will find the possibility to add seats to your event, beyond that number you will not be able to add any more seats, not even by requesting a change by e-mail.
Can I increase the number of places at my event?
(Events in commercial venues)
NON-PARTICIPATING VENUES:
You can independently increase the number of seats by a maximum of 35% of the initial number of seats.
But the total number of seats may not exceed 20.
Example:
10 initial places. MODIFY: you may add a maximum of 4 places;
18 initial posts. MODIFY: you may add a maximum of 2 places.
It is not possible to request additional places by e-mail.
AGREED PREMISES:
You can independently increase the number of seats by a maximum of 35% of the initial seats.
For events in CONVENTIONED venues there is no limit of 20 seats.
Any requests for an increase in places will be assessed by the comehome team.
Can I close the registration for my event before the event date?
It is not possible to reduce the number of places available, but if necessary you can independently change the deadline for purchasing accreditation and thus close the registration for the event. You can make this change as many times as you wish.
Example: You have run out of tickets for the exhibition/cinema or the venue notifies you that it has no more seats available.
Can I change the time of the event?
Yes, but:
you can make a maximum of 2 changes between time and date for the same event.
if you are less than 24 hours away from the start time you can postpone the event by a maximum of 1 hour
if you are less than 3 hours away from the start time of the event you CANNOT make any more changes, you will then have to move the date or cancel the event.
Can I change the date of the event?
Yes, but:
you can make a maximum of 2 changes between time and date for the same event.
if you are at least 3 hours away from the start of the event. The new date must be at least 24 hours (plus the cancellation deadline) away from the date on which the change takes place.
Example: If in the morning you want to move an event scheduled for the same evening (e.g. you make the change on Saturday at 10:00 for an event that will take place at 21:00) with a cancellation deadline of 48h, the event will have to be moved at least to Tuesday morning after 10:00 (24h + 48h cancellation deadline).
Can I change the address of the event?
Yes, but:
if there are less than 3 hours to go before the start of the event you CANNOT make any changes, but will then have to move the date or cancel the event.
you may only change the event address once. In exceptional cases, if you need to change it a second time, you can request the change by e-mail.
NB: If you change the address more than 24 hours after the start time, and the new address is more than 1 km away from the original address, the participant will be entitled to a refund.
Can I associate a crew with the event after publication?
Yes, you can independently associate a crew to the event that has been published without an associated crew. To be able to do this all hosts of the event must be admins of the crew.
It is not possible to change the already associated crew, not even on request by mail.
Can I change the age range flexibility of the event?
Yes, you can do this independently only once.
Afterwards, it will still not be possible to request the change by e-mail.
Can I change the title and description of the event?
Yes, there are no limits on editing.
Can I cancel my event?
Yes, it is advisable to cancel at least 3 hours before the start time of the event.
What can I NOT edit after the event has been published?
You CANNOT independently edit or request changes by e-mail in the following fields:
REDUCTION OF PLACES
CANCELLATION TERMS
AGE RANGE
ALREADY ASSOCIATED CREW
BALANCE
