Format
Choose a format that represents you and reflects your passions and interests!
Start with a simple and fun format based on the desire to share and socialise.
The format you choose may soon become successful and the more you repeat it, the more people will love it!

Outdoors: picnics in the park, hikes, bike rides, guided tours etc.

Title
The title must be simple, explanatory, original and catch the participant's attention. The title should not be too long and should not have text in capitals
Cover
The cover should be eye-catching and give an immediate idea of what your event will be about! Choose a horizontal image.
The ideal size is 1600 x 1000, the height should be half the width
A google search can be useful to find nice pictures (possibly depicting moments of gathering of people): in focus, bright, uncut.
What a cover must NOT have:
writing in overlays or with various artefacts
images with Copyright
personal or amateur photos
Description
The description of an event is the most important part!
Introduce yourself and tell something about the experience you want to propose, be engaging and allow the reader to imagine they are already at the event!
Specify well
what kind of activities will be done during the event or what will be talked about
what, if anything, you offer to drink and eat
Make the participant want to get accredited!
Be spontaneous and enthusiastic and adopt a friendly tone, addressing your participants directly.
