When an event has a fill of less than 40%, it must be moved or cancelled.
We always recommend moving the event by finding another date, but moving is only possible twice for the same event, after which this format cannot be repeated.
In case of postponement or cancellation, registered participants will be notified automatically by e-mail and via an app notification and will be entitled to a full refund.
However, we advise you to post on the event's broadcast chat to notify participants and apologise for the inconvenience.
