If you wish to cancel your accreditation to an event, you can do so at any time from the My Events > Accreditations section, selecting the event you wish to cancel, and finally clicking on "Do you want to cancel your accreditation?"
If you cancel within the cancellation deadline specified in the event terms and conditions, you will immediately receive a refund of the cost of the credit, excluding the service charge.
You will be able to view your refund immediately from the Profile > My Credits section, and decide whether to use it to purchase again in the app, or transfer the credit to your bank account.
