If you want to report misbehavior or block a user you can do so at any time by going to the user's profile, clicking on the 3 dots in the upper right corner and selecting Notify User and/or Block User.
The user will not know that they have been blocked. Even if it turns out that "follow" is still active, he or she will not receive any notifications of events in which you participate.
If you are a host, the user will not be able to purchase credit your events and will not receive any notifications about new events you post.
