How can I verify that the payment was successful?

When you are credited to a comehome you typically receive a payment confirmation email directly from our online payment provider.

 

In addition, you can find all of your accreditations within the app or site in the My Accreditations section. 

 

If you can't find any of your credits within this section or are having trouble with a payment, please contact us after first checking with your bank.
