​Reasons for suspension/removal of host status

We rely on our hosts to consistently meet our standards of hospitality and quality of experience. Therefore, we decide to suspend the status if the host


  • Uses offensive tones towards participants and other hosts
  • Makes intimidation towards participants and other hosts
  • Receives multiple negative feedback about the organisation of events
  • Receives multiple negative feedbacks on his/her own behaviour


The suspension will last a minimum of 1 month and, depending on the seriousness of the specific case, a permanent suspension may be carried out.

If a host does not organise an event for more than 6 months, it is considered inactive and loses its host status.
