How to change the iban for credit discharge?

On your Website Profile you can add or change the method by which you receive your credit transfer by clicking on the Collection Method section.

Here you can choose the transfer method from:

• Transfer to € account

• Transfer to $ account

• Transfer to £ account

• Transfer to Revolut account

Transfer to payment cards is not possible.

Sometimes the BIC code required by our systems also includes the bank's branch code.

This is why you may encounter an error when entering this information, indicating that the BIC does not match the IBAN provided.

In this case, you can contact us indicating your IBAN, so that we can find the correct BIC code for you to enter.
